Mondu must be informed of any credit notes to reduce the buyer’s outstanding debt. This is done through the Merchant Portal or via your integrated communication channel with Mondu.
If a payment has already been made for the original invoice amount, Mondu will claim the credited amount back from you.
This means the credit amount will be deducted from your next payout from Mondu.
