You (the merchant) are responsible for creating and sending invoices to your customers. Mondu does not create or send official invoice documents to customers. Your invoice creation and distribution process remains largely unchanged when using Mondu.
Mondu only uses the invoice information you provide to send payment information and reminders to customers. You should continue your usual invoicing process, with the only change being the addition of Mondu’s payment details on the invoice.
