What is the onboarding process?

Mondu’s onboarding process consists of two main steps:

Regulatory onboarding (KYC): This involves identification and verification steps that are required by Money Laundering Act regulations.
Technical integration: This is the process of integrating Mondu payment methods into your webshop and if necessary into your ERP, which is independent of the regulatory onboarding. Mondu’s integration team will support you throughout this process.
