There are no hidden costs – Mondu’s pricing model is transparent. For example, we may charge merchants for the following cases:
- Disputes
- Canceled orders
- Plugin integration
- Early termination
All costs are clearly outlined during the commercial negotiation process. The agreed fees are then deducted directly from the payment to you. You’ll receive detailed payout reports showing exactly how the disbursement amount is calculated, what fee has been applied, and what sales tax has been incurred.
Regarding minimum commitments, we may agree on a monthly minimum to offer you the best pricing.
To note, we also charge buyers in relevant cases such, but not limited to:
- Late payments & interest
- Chargeback fee
