Our Hiring Process

HR Interview

Let’s get started! This is the 1st meeting you will have with someone from Mondu. In this chat, you discuss the company, role, and opportunities to match those with your interests, skills, and professional development. 30-45 minutes

Job Fit interviews

Now you are going to meet your potential new teammates and team lead! Depending on the role you applied for, you’ll meet to discuss your experience, you will be evaluated on the technical skills of the role, tools proficiency, and experience dealing with current business cases we’re facing. 1 or 2 x 45-60 minutes

Executive interview

Here’s where we hand over to our Senior Leadership Team. This is the final meeting in our process we will have the chance to assess our company values, principles and behaviour fit with your own. You will have the opportunity to ask us any other questions that you have not had the chance to. 30-60 minutes
