MonduFlex offers clear and competitive pricing, designed to be significantly lower than traditional financing options. Fees start at just 1.39% of the gross invoice amount for 15-day extensions.

If eligible, you will be invited to set up an account in Mondu’s Buyer Portal. If you are eligible and have an account already, we’ll activate MonduFlex for you.
You’ll then need to verify your identity (a KYC process may be needed) to receive an initial purchasing power, with the option to request higher limits as your business grows.

Once approved, we handle payments to your suppliers on schedule, maintaining your business relationships.

MonduFlex is Mondu’s flexible supplier payment solution. It allows businesses to pay their suppliers faster while extending their own payment terms up to 60 days. Mondu pays your suppliers on schedule, and you repay Mondu according to your selected terms.

MonduFlex supports registered companies, sole traders, limited liability companies, and freelancers in Germany and the Netherlands. In the UK, it is available to incorporated companies only. MonduFlex will be available soon to buyers in additional markets.
Currently, MonduFlex is available to existing Mondu buyers who have demonstrated positive and consistent repayment behavior. Existing buyers are those who have previously used one of Mondu’s payment options in checkouts where they are implemented.

You can submit invoices where the supplier isn’t in a restricted industry or under sanctions, is based in an eligible country, the goods/services have been delivered or accepted, the invoice is within your assigned Mondu purchasing power (limit).
No, we only accept invoices due 3+ days from the submission date to ensure timely supplier payments and avoid late fees.
 Default settlement method is bank transfer. Direct debit is available upon request.
