01. HR Interview

It’s time to touch base! In your first meeting, one of our wonderful hiring managers will discuss how the company, role, and opportunities align with your interests, skills, and professional development goals.

02. Job Fit interviews

As part of the next step, you’ll meet your potential teammates and team lead! Depending on the role you applied for, you’ll discuss your experience, be evaluated on the technical skills required for the role, and outline how your past experience can help us tackle issues we’re currently facing.

03. Executive interview

You’re almost there! At this point, you’ll meet our senior leadership team so you can dive deeper into Mondu’s values, principles and expectations, as well as ask any other questions you haven’t yet had a chance to.

Our Commercial Team plays an essential role in bringing Mondu’s customer-first philosophy to life. The team’s mission is to serve customers and partners through the whole value chain journey by offering the right product portfolio, delivering a fast onboarding experience, and ensuring smooth technical integration.

Additionally, our team makes sure that customers are constantly looked after in order to foster sustainable cooperation in the long run.


Our Marketing Team’s mission is to build awareness of Mondu’s brand and its products. We drive the company’s demand and lead generation by turning research and insights into compelling messages that address the needs of our customers. 

Our team consists of self-starters who take initiative, think big, and love problem-solving and brainstorming with their teammates, culminating in the best ideas and the highest level of execution.

(Strategy) International Expansion

Members of our Strategy Team play an integral role in the international expansion of one of the most exciting and fastest-growing start-ups of the global fintech industry.

The team consists of strategic problem-solvers with a strong drive to execute, driven by the ambition to open up new markets for Mondu at a fast pace and empower the widest possible merchant base in Europe and beyond. Our key aims include scoping new market opportunities, devising go-to-market strategies, and supporting their execution at launch.


Our Finance Team develops cross-functional finance solutions that support the whole organization.

It’s filled with experts who support the planning, prioritization, and implementation of strategic initiatives and tasks every day, acting as business partners. One of the Finance Team’s key roles is providing guidance on accounting and financial matters, sharing their broad experience and independent economic perspectives.

Risk Management

Our Banking Team manages external risks to Mondu, whether it be consumer risk, market risk, merchant risk, or fraud risk. The environment and day-to-day work is ever-changing – and it’s our objective to be ahead of the curve! 

As the BNPL market continues to expand, the credit markets we work in will only become more competitive. That’s why we built a team featuring the brightest and most inquisitive minds to ensure all investments and risks are handled with ease.


The Operations Team strives to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience for businesses who use Mondu’s payment solutions in their online checkout.

We support buyers with any questions they have and help resolve any issues – including internal operational challenges – that might arise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The goal of our customer support function is to exceed the buyers’ expectations and deliver an unparalleled experience.
